Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your Auren purchase, however if you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on used items for safety reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
